General Release Information
Release 1.15.2 (SuiteApp version 1.15.200) was released on June 17, 2026, and includes several bug fixes detailed below. Your Production account will be updated automatically, while you will need to manually update your Sandbox account at your convenience.
Bug Fixes
FFA-2048 "Show PDF" Button Disappears on Bulk Approvals When Lines Are Collapsed or Expanded
Previously, users approving ZoneCapture-processed Vendor Bills via the Bulk Approvals page or dashboard portlet may have experienced an interface issue where the "Show PDF" button would disappear if a transaction line was collapsed and then expanded again. To restore the button and view the document, users had to refresh the entire page or portlet. We have resolved this rendering issue, ensuring that the "Show PDF" button now remains persistently visible and correctly reloads every time a transaction line is expanded.
FFA-2084 "Unexpected token '<' " Error Received When Saving Large Approval Matrices
In previous version, attempting to edit and resave an Approval Matrix containing a very high number of rows (e.g., 90 or more) could result in an unexpected system error. This occurred because the volume of data exceeded standard processing limits during the update, causing the Save action to fail before completion. As a result, administrators may have seen duplicated matrix records and corrupted matrix lines. We have optimized the backend saving process to efficiently handle high-volume data so that large, complex Approval Matrices can be saved without encountering timeout errors, data corruption, or duplicate records.
FFA-2089 "Require One Approval Per Employee" > Role Approval Log Approved if Role Only Assigned to Employee
Previously, when the "Require One Approval Per Employee" preference was enabled, the system would auto-approve subsequent logs assigned to a specific Role as long as the approving user simply had that role assigned to their NetSuite Employee record. This was not aligned to our standard role-approval logic, which dictates that a user must be actively logged into a specific role to execute actions on its behalf. We have corrected this behavior so that going forward, if a subsequent approval log is assigned to a specific Role, the auto-approval logic will only trigger if the user is actively logged into that exact designated role when they approve their initial log.
FFA-2108 Custom Saved Searches Not Respected in ZoneApprovals Portlet
In previous versions, users who configured a custom saved search for the "My Pending Approvals" dashboard portlet experienced an issue where clicking the portlet link incorrectly loaded the default standard search instead of their customized version. We have resolved this routing issue. The ZoneApprovals dashboard portlet now correctly respects your assigned settings and will successfully load your custom saved searches, ensuring your finance team has immediate access to their tailored approval views.
