General Release Information
Release 1.14.2 (SuiteApp version 1.14.200) was released on January 29, 2026, and includes one enhancement and several bug fixes detailed below. Your Production account will be updated automatically, while you will need to manually update your Sandbox account at your convenience.
Enhancements
FFA-1863 Zone Bulk Approvals > Performance Optimization
Previously, utilizing the Zone Bulk Approvals portlet or page to process high volumes of transactions (or transactions with many line items) could result in extended loading times. To improve user efficiency, the bulk approval processing logic has been optimized to handle larger datasets more effectively. The system now utilizes a lighter data payload for these actions, ensuring the page loads significantly faster and that all selected transactions are approved or rejected without delay.
Bug Fixes
FFA-1557 Zone Bulk Approvals > Line-Level Memo is Empty
Previously, when expanding transaction details within the Zone Bulk Approvals portlet or page, the Memo field would appear blank, even if the underlying transaction contained specific data in the line-level Memo fields. This issue is now fully resolved. The Bulk Approvals interface has been updated to correctly retrieve and display the line-level Memo values, ensuring that the details shown in the approval queue match the information on the actual transaction records.
FFA-1584 Zone Bulk Approvals > Transactions Not Loading & Portlet Remains Empty
Previously, in accounts with a very high volume of transactions pending approval (e.g., exceeding 200,000 records), the Zone Bulk Approvals portlet and page would fail to populate. This occurred because the script retrieving the approval data encountered an error when attempting to process the excessive number of records, resulting in an empty dashboard or a perpetual loading state. This issue is now fully resolved. The data retrieval logic has been updated to handle large volumes of approval records efficiently, ensuring the portlet loads successfully and displays transactions even in high-volume environments.
FFA-1886 Outlook > Unapproved Transactions Due to Added Leading Space in Email Approve and Reject Buttons
Previously, when using the Microsoft Outlook desktop client, clicking the "Approve" or "Reject" buttons in an approval email would incorrectly include a leading control character (often visible as a space or box artifact) in the generated reply. As a result, the ZoneApprovals email capture plug-in failed to recognize the command string, preventing the action from being processed. This issue is now fully resolved. The system logic has been updated to remove the extraneous control character, ensuring that email replies generated from Outlook contain clean, recognizable text for successful approval or rejection.
