General release information

Release 1.12.7 (SuiteApp version 1.12.670, 1.12.680, 1.12.682, 1.12.700, 1.12.701, 1.12.702, 1.12.703, 1.12.704...1.12.709) was released on the 28th of March 2025 and contains two bug fixes. Below you can find more information related to the bug fixes. We will update your Production account automatically and the Sandbox account can be updated from your (the customer's) end at any given time.

Bug Fixes

FFA-1727 No approval by email is sent when a user redirects approval

Previously, when the 'Send Emails on a Scheduled Basis' feature was enabled, approval emails were sent on a scheduled basis to optimize system performance. However, it was observed in the previous release that no approval emails were received if approval was redirected. This issue has now been fully resolved, and approval emails will be sent as expected, even in cases of redirected approvals.

FFA-1734 FFA Approval Log Creation WA SSS_INVALID_SUBLIST_OPERATION

The Workflow action script error 'SSS_INVALID_SUBLIST_OPERATION' was present once again in customers accounts. To further remove the error, a fall back system is implemented to allow the approval log creation. Accordingly, this version release fully removes the FFA Approval Log Creation WA SSS_INVALID_SUBLIST_OPERATION error.
