General release information

Release 1.8.6 has been released on the 16th of February 2024 and contains only a bug fix. Below you can find more information related to the bug fix. We will update your Production account automatically and the Sandbox account can be updated from your (the customer's) end at any given time.

Bug Fix

FFA-1325 Workflow Execution Usage Limit Exceeded

After upgrading to version 1.8.5, users came across the error notice "Workflow Execution Usage Limit Exceeded." This issue was related to the "REMAINING APPROVAL LOGS" field, which held a decimal instead of a single numeric value as required by the workflow condition to exit.

Consequently, transactions with fully approved approval logs were unable to update the status of header, leading to this error. This issue has been successfully resolved.
